SENIOR GRAD PARTY

Immediately following graduation on Tuesday, June 9th, River graduates with grad party tickets will board chartered buses and travel to a secret location for an all-night party with entertainment, games, music, food and prizes. Every Senior attending the party will receive a gift bag valued at $55 or more. Graduates will return to River on Wednesday, June 10th at approximately 4:45AM.

Adult chaperones will ride on the buses to the venue and will be present during the party at the venue. On the Sunday before graduation, all information (except location) and emergency contact details will be emailed to all ticketed students and their parent/ guardian contact.

Until April 30th, you can choose your bus color so you can ride with friends: Purple, Gold, White or Black. After April 30th your bus choice may not be guaranteed.

No tickets will be sold after June 5th. Your ticket is your email receipt which places your name on the bus lists for the party. No physical ticket is issued.

• Ticket prices increase to $65 on May 1st and $75 June 1-5th
• No ticket sales after June 5th, no tickets will be sold the night of graduation.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• After your graduation ceremony, you will be able to change into comfortable clothes before leaving your personal belongings with your parents/guardians and boarding the buses.
• Grads will be allowed to securely store limited, small personal items with party volunteers, eg phone, ID, keys.
• No bags, purses or backpacks are allowed.
• Personal items will be returned when grads reboard the buses to return to River in the morning.
• Tickets will NOT be sold the night of graduation.
• If a grad is not on the ticket list or cannot show an emailed receipt, they will not be allowed to board the buses for the party.

By purchasing a Senior Grad Party ticket, you are agreeing to the terms of this waiver:

My/Our student has my/our permission to participate in CR Senior Boosters Grad Party. I/We as parent(s)/guardian(s) of the student, do hereby, remise, release & forever discharge CR Boosters & all CR Boosters officers, employees & agents of each of the foregoing, acting officially otherwise, from any & all claims, demands, actions or causes of action on account of referred. And I/We do hereby certify that to the best of my/our

knowledge & belief said student is in good health. In case of illness or accident, permission is granted for emergency treatment to be administered. It is further understood that I/We will assume full responsibility for any such action, including payment of costs. I/We will disclose any allergies, medicine reactions or any physical conditions that should be made known to a treating physician. I/We understand that participation in this event is voluntary.
