For Incoming 1st - 8th Graders

Come learn football skills while working with CRHS football players and coaches.

Registration includes a camp t-shirt. All campers need to wear cleats or athletic shoes and shorts or sweatpants. Contact Coach Patterson with any questions.

By registering for this camp, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Hold Harmless Agreement/Permission to Participate: In the event of an emergency, I grant permission for emergency treatment. I understand that providing medical/accident insurance coverage of my child for this activity is my responsibility, and I agree to pay all medical related costs. I also hereby waive and release the Vancouver School District and Columbia River Football staff and volunteers from any and all liability for any injuries while my child is participating in camp activities. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would affect my child’s participation. I grant permission for my child to participate in this activity. 
2. I give permission for Vancouver School District to use photos and/or video of my child in district buildings, publications, web pages, presentations, social media and/or cable programming.

This is a CR Boosters supported event. CR Boosters is a non-profit, volunteer organization established in 2013 to support the activities of students and staff at Columbia River High School.
